Therapy for the
whole you
The future of health care is integrative.
It honors not just your mind,
not just your body,
but every layer of your being.
Ancient Wisdom
Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT) is rooted in the time-honored teachings of Yoga and Buddhist meditation, practices that have supported human healing and awakening for thousands of years.
These wisdom traditions guide us towards the realization of our innate wholeness through breath, movement, meditation, and compassionate self-awareness.
Modern Science
IYT draws from the latest research in neuroscience, psychology, and physiology to support whole-person wellbeing.
Recognizing that physical health issues impact more than just the body, and mental health issues impact more than just the mind, IYT considers advances in various areas of health care to target symptoms holistically.
Integrative Care
IYT is a highly individualized and collaborative approach to healing.
By weaving ancient wisdom and modern science, it meets each unique client exactly where they are with an expansive range of tools to support their unique constellation of physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual needs.
Whether addressing mental health, chronic illness, or personal growth, clients are met with attuned, compassionate presence and empowered with personalized tools for lasting transformation and greater ease in everyday life.

Absolutely not!
IYT is not about achieving poses. It’s about reconnecting you with your body, empowering you with tools to address life’s challenges, and offering new doorways into therapeutic change. You don’t need to enjoy physical postures or participate in movement at all if they don’t serve you. Sessions can focus on breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, emotional processing - even creating art, singing, or your favorite hobby can be integrated into IYT. Everything is tailored to you - your needs, your interests, your goals.
